Agape Care SA’s mission is to create an inclusive community where the dignity, human rights, and social justice of all individuals are upheld through personalised support, targeted interventions, and collaboration with key stakeholders. We are dedicated to providing support services for people living with disability that enhance and enrich their lives, guided by their personal values, goals, and choices.
Agape Care SA aims to passionately deliver services and support participants to take control of their lives and choices by:

Helping participants identify their goals tailoring a high-quality,
person-centred support. -
Encouraging participants to participate in the decision making with their needs or goals.

Empowering the participants to engage opportunities of their choice in a supported and inclusive environment.
Agape Care SA largely focuses on building individual strengths, pursing interests and feeling connected to others within the community.
